You're right, this is not New York
or Paris, but it is Cabaret time in Vallarta and you're
all invited. Spotlight Productions kicks off its summer
season with "COME TO THE CABARET". This will
be an exciting, high-energy production in the true cabaret
style.
Spotlight is that dynamic group of
performers that brought you "Crazy For Gershwin",
"Harvey" and "Steel Magnolias".
People are still talking about these shows and "COME
TO THE CABARET" promises to be just as entertaining.
The show will feature a number of
local performers and a selection of songs that are sure
to have you tapping your feet, clapping your hands and
humming along. This will be under the very able direction
of Kathleen Hennen, the long time director of Spotlight.
To further enhance your cabaret experience
Restaurante Santa Barbara is placing tables around the
stage, complete with tablecloths and candles. Robert
and the staff have created a gourmet menu to further
add to this very intimate setting.
"Come to The Cabaret" will
be playing every weekend for one month starting May
31st at Restaurante Santa Barbara, 351 Olas Altas. Tickets
are $250. pesos and include your gourmet meal and gratuities,
in addition to the show. Dinner will be served at 6:30PM
followed by the show at 8:00PM.
