San Pancho Miguel Becerra - Costa Azul and the Taj Mahal Part III

 After selling the Costa Azul Hotel, Don Miguel started building Villas Paradise
in the residential area of Costa Azul. 3,000 square meters of Moorish style
buildings included one and two bedroom units, each with a kitchenette, living
and dining room, air-conditioning, panoramic views, pool, great terraces,
satellite TV - but most impressive of all - a lot of space. It has taken
ten years for Don Miguel to realize this project. He is proud to have recently
finished the impressive Penthouse. Villas Paradise is a place worthy to take
note of.
The Taj Mahal Penthouse
Here we have 1,200 square meters of Arabic style
buildings with 360-degree views of jungle and ocean. There are seven domes,
the biggest of which is 168 square meters wide and 10 meters high. Also
you'll find a private pool, three bedrooms, a gigantic living room, bar,
kitchen, and fountain with waterfall. There are two large terraces, the
biggest of which measuring 400 square meters and is perfect for any event - including
your dream wedding. All this and only a few steps from the beach makes
the Taj Mahal Penthouse a fairytale-like setting.
I was there this morning, walking around, admiring the
columns of the living room shaped as elephant feet, all the decorations and
the pictures. It all made me feel as if I were far away in another world.
One could just simply relax and melt away in any of the many corners of this
palace. The living room salon is my favorite room of the Penthouse. It is
so large you can run as if being chased by a bull and not disturb the place
at all. Standing outside on the terrace and feeling the ocean breeze I could
picture myself dancing away at a party or attending a special dinner under
the stars.
Restaurant and Spa
 Don Miguel still lives in Guadalajara and visits San Pancho once a week.
Villas Paradise is available per night, week or month with very reasonable
rates. To this day Don Miguel can still be found working on finishing the
restaurant and spa. He would like to see Villas Paradise become a health
center with services that would enable people to rest and be stress free
while enjoying the beauty of the area. Don Miguel is now searching for an
interested party to lease the entire Villas to rent out themselves. For more

El Taj Mahal
Después de vender el hotel Costa Azul Miguel
Becerra empezó a
construir Villas Paradise en el área residencial de Costa Azul. Nueve
villas de una y dos recamaras amplias, con cocineta, aire acondicionado,
sala, comedor, televisión con satélite, hermosas terrazas y
alberca con vista panorámica. Es una construcción que por su
tamaño y diseño no puede pasar desapercibida. Tres mil metros
cuadrados de construcciones moriscas a través de casi diez años, para
terminar con el impresionante Pent House.

Arabesca, una vista de 360 grados selva y mar, cocina, alberca privada, 3
recamaras, fuente con cascada y bar en su gran salón estancia, siete
cúpulas, la principal de 168 metros cuadrados
de 10 metros de altura, dos terrazas una de 400 metros cuadrados ideal para
eventos, es un espacio como salido de un cuento de hadas, el lugar perfecto
para una boda, la boda de sus sueños y solo a unos cuantos pasos del
mar.
Estuve ahí esta mañana contemplando las grandes columnas en
forma de pata de elefante de una de las áreas que más me gusta,
el salón estancia. Al mirarlo me sentí transportada a un lugar
lejano. Los cuadros egipcios, los colores pero sobre todo el espacio, al
recorrer las amplias habitaciones disfrutaba de una vista en cualquier dirección,
me gusto la sensación de libertad que experimente al caminar por la
gran terraza y sentir la brisa del mar, visualice una fiesta a la luz de
la luna. Hubiera podido correr perseguida por un gigante sin perturbar nada.
Restaurant y Spa
 Don Miguel todavía vive en Guadalajara y
viene una vez por semana. Villas Paradise esta disponible para rentar por
noche, semana o mes y los precios son razonables.
A la fecha aun falta terminar el Restaurante y el
Spa, desde hace un par de años Don Miguel tiene la inquietud de rentar todo el desarrollo
a alguien que este buscando una buena oportunidad de negocio, le gustaría
ver las villas convertidas en un centro de salud que ofrezca toda clase de
servicios que ayuden a la gente a descansar, salir del estrés disfrutar
