Nuevo Vallarta Plaza business center now open
Last Friday we were surprised to see what a construction being built next to the bridge leading to the south side of Nuevo Vallarta Marina turned out to be.
It is a beautiful building with white marble floors, lots of glass, a four-story atrium and handsome breezy and wide wooden decks that hang over the placid channels of Nuevo Vallarta.
It can be accessed from air, land or sea as it features a heliport; its parking lot can hold up to 52 cars and its docks can accommodate six boats simultaneously.
It is the Nuevo Vallarta Plaza business center, located at Boulevard Nayarit # 2 featuring space for 45 offices, 13 stores, 4 warehouses, 2 restaurants, one coffee shop, a bank and several other supporting businesses.
 There was no absence of color in the pristine marble commercial atrium as, even though several commercial units were not yet occupied, the magnificent and colorful works of Bolivian painter José Moreno Aparicio could be seen throughout offering us lush jungle sights, macaws, flowers and dream-like constellations bursting with a fiery palette of strokes that beautifully contributed to the harmony of the complex.
It is nice to see entrepreneurs that add to the diversity of offer in a destination, versus those that can only think of condos and golf courses most resorts have plenty of already. Email to a friend
