• Thanksgiving – Thursday, November 26th
 Chef Winfried will prepare once again a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner.
Enjoy the bounty of the season at the Black Forest Restaurant in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle with a 3-course Thanksgiving dinner featuring Beet Root Soup, stuffed Turkey with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and red cabbage and Pumpkin Tiramisu for 265 Pesos. Relax and relish the sight of host Andrea carving the turkey right at your table.
• Latcho & Andrea - Start of the Season Concert – Friday, December 4th
Enjoy the fire of this energetic, spicy, gypsy flamenco music duo Friday, December 4th at 7.30 p.m. this year’s start of the season concert. Followed by life performances every Friday until end of high season.
• Christmas Eve – December 24th
We will be open Christmas Eve from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Enjoy a selected a-la-carte menu that highlights some of Germany’s Christmas Specialties.
• Christmas Day - December 25th - Latcho & Andrea - Christmas Concert
The family, festive and spiritual aspects of this time for rejoicing, provide the perfect conditions for an outbreak of flamenco and Gypsy Christmas on Friday, December 25th at 8 p.m.
 • New Year’s Eve Party with Life Music - December 31st
A night of celebration with a delightful dinner menu and life music with Willie Royal and Bill McPherson.
Willie Royal of the widely-loved Willie and Lobo Gypsy boogaloo duo has teamed up with Bill MacPherson of Native Vibe. They’ll play an eclectic mix of music that will venture into flavors such as funk, jazz and salsa.
• Willie & Lobo Life Performance - Thursday, January 7th
The violin and the guitar play together, love, fight, entrance and ultimately captivate the audience.
It's impossible to say enough good things about the instrumental duo of Wolfgang (Lobo) Fink on flamenco guitar and Willie Royal on violin. Their spicy, international, and jazz-flavored sound is filled with the musical sounds and styles that the pair have absorbed from the many cultures and locales they have lived in.
