| Cruzada Altruista launch - Wednesday, August 16 at 7:00 p.m.
In the new Park Hidalgo. All Becas members and friends are encouraged to attend. This will launch the Cruzada, which consists of selling bracelets to raise funds. As mentioned in the June meeting minutes these are the popular woven bracelets which will be sold for $20 pesos - $2 US each. Funds raised will be divided between four charities. Becas Vallarta AC was fortunate to be one of the ones asked to participate. If all 100,000 bracelets are sold we stand to receive over $400, 000.00 pesos - much more than we make from the Becas Ball. So, please throw your support behind this project. More info will follow within the next month.
