In order to encourage locals and visitors to discover the many wonderful dining opportunities in Puerto Vallarta, Vallarta Lifestyles Publishing Group organized the first Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Week five years ago, including this year’s event. From its inception, Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Week became a popular and successful event.
Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Week shares traits with other events around the globe (i.e. 3-course menus at fixed prices), which made it easy for it to gain acceptance among English-speaking locals and visitors. Although we lack specific data, constant monitoring of Puerto Vallarta-related bulletin boards shows an increasing trend of visitors who, year after year, plan their trips to Puerto Vallarta around Restaurant Week’s dates, thus generating additional income for our restaurants during the second half of May.
For 17 days, 36 of this town’s best restaurants will offer exceptional 3-course menus with prices reduced up to 50% - $179. to $299. pesos, depending on the restaurant of your choice.
