As spring has arrived we have made some changes to our regular a la carte menu with dishes like: Grilled octopus on hummus with garlic and chile guajillo salsa, Barbecued quail and mushroom crostini on romaine lettuce with Cesar dressing, Tomato soup with gorgonzola ravioli and ginger, Red snapper fillet with sautéed shrimp on cauliflower & plantain pure and toasted garlic sauce, Mushroom crusted sea bass on leaf spinach and Pinot Noir butter sauce, fingerling potatoes, Slow roasted chicken breast on smoked tomato sauce with olives, green asparagus and waffle potatoes, Baby goat from Tuito braised in i's juices with chipotle, grilled mediterranean vegetables and arugula, and more dishes surely not to be missed…

We just received some very interesting wines from a small family owned winery in Guadalupe Valley in Baja California called Viñas Pijoan with wines like Leonora a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with light predominance of the first, aged for 12 months in oak barrels. right ruby red in color with velvety aromas of dark fruit, chocolate, coffee, vanilla and spices as well as oak and smoky hints. Very well balanced and structured wine with a god body and intense yet mature and pleasant tannins, ending with a long, persistent finish. Perfect pairing with grilled braised or smoked meats and game and strongly seasoned Mexican food. They also have a another great wine called Convertible Rojo a potent wine with a excellent thrust, that holds a smooth ride for a long time.. What a fantastic name! like a sports car to be enjoyed…
