• Viteas Breakfast
At breakfast that we serve daily from 8pm to noon at our outside terrace or inside with air condition, we have created some new dishes like a Omelette Pomodoro filled with basil pesto, sautéed cherry tomatoes, wilted arugula and crispy bacon. As well Eggs Benedictine poached eggs topped with local crab meat, spinach, parmesan, hollandaise sauce and sliced jalapeno peppers. Delicious! Perfectly joined with an ice cold beer and a shot of Tequila paired with Sangrita…
• Something to cool down?
If you are a ice cream lover, Vitea has plenty of options like Coupe Gotland, vanilla ice cream with strawberries, whipped cream and caramel sauce, Coupe St. Tropez Pear poached in white wine, pecan ice cream, caramelized nuts, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. As well refreshing Italian style sorbets in flavors like mango, lime mint and forest fruits joined simple or poured with a splash of sparkling wine.
• Seafood Cocktails are back!
For lunch we have our regular menu with sandwiches, salads, quiche, fresh fish etc. We are offering as we did last summer some Seafood Cocktails and shrimps Aguachile prepared Mexican style with avocado, cucumber, cilantro and more.
 • Live Music at Night
At night our friend Oscar Terrazas, a true professional jazz musician who has even toured with Alejandro Fernandez is delighting our dinner guests with his saxophone and people are raving about it! Every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday night.
• Trainees
Every year we proudly receive culinary students from different schools all over Mexico and here we have two young students from Instituto Culinario de Mexico in Monterrey. We are delighted to be able to share some of our experience and hopefully be part of their culinary journey to achieve their future dreams.
 • Men @ Work......
There is some refurbishment of the walls on Malecon going on close to the restaurant we do not exactly what they are up to, so we have to wait and see. The signs used for their work are very original and colorful. The true beauty of Puerto Vallarta… Email to a friend
