International Gourmet Festival 2007 – Brunch in Flamingos
In an unequaled scenery, feeling the white sand of the beach of Nuevo Vallarta at our feet, a gorgeous day of tropical Nayarit flavor gave a warm welcome to all the invited chefs, their hosts and the general public.
Regional dishes and champagne were the perfect complement to the upbeat talk among the Festival’s leading players who sooner than later confirmed the friendship born the prior night during the inauguration of the International Gourmet Festival.
Under the bright sun that flirted with the faces covered by straw hats, palm trees, and pergolas laced with linen and cotton drapes decorating a great outdoor dining area, everybody felt how the fresh sea breeze softly bathed and refreshed them, an invitation to close their eyes while savoring the great variety of regional recipes offered by the host hotel
Music, aromas, colors and flavors were the ingredients that made the difference in a day of unforgettable fiesta!
