International Gourmet Festival 2007 – Chef’s Table at Mestizo
None of those attending had any idea of what that night would bring about. Engulfed in a sensual and warm ambiance, the passion for cooking and the commitment to excellence in preparations were the outstanding elements that contributed to a roaring success.
It was the perfect soirée, everything was in its right place from beginning to end. An outstanding and well coordinated team of collaborators reached the highest level of inspiration, motivating chefs and owners of other restaurants who were tasting this evening’s menu into personally recognizing Mexican chef Rodrigo Cruz Varela, for his magnificent culinary statement, full of color and an innovative flavor truly ours!
