The closing of the Gourmet Festival was an exciting night of harvesting what has been sown over thirteen years. All this time had to pass by in order to reach this moment where the elegance, the freshness of the place, the warmth of the people, the exquisite and delicate taste of dinner, the moonlight, the drinks’ stimulus, the elaborate service and the spectacular show, came together to give shape to a celebration promising an International Gourmet Festival 2008 full of new anecdotes that will once again vibrantly prove that the art, the culture, the knowledge, the commitment, the camaraderie, the love and passion for life and cooking, are the essential elements to garnish a festival that was born to become an event that transcends, carrying the name and flavors of Vallarta to more and more corners of the earth.
Our gastronomy is already a delicious ambassadeuse that year after year, having received a new and colorful influence through her invited chefs, is opening more doors to the hearts of the new and future gourmet travelers who, no doubt, will soon stand on our beaches and taste our delicacies motivated by the gastronomic phenomenon we have shared with all.
