Casa del Sol Condominium - Nuevo Vallarta

 Exclusivity, comfort, luxury and security are the mottos of this development located in front of the beaches of Nuevo Vallarta. The project consists of a building with 20 luxury condominiums, all of them with a spectacular view of the Bay of Banderas.
The contemporary design of this project comes from the architect Jorge Luis Hernandez Silva who focused on creating a highly functional building with own expression where all spaces are integrated through his architectural details, thus creating a very comfortable place to live and to enjoy.
The finishing of the condominiums are of top-notch materials with an emphasis on marble floors, as well as on kitchen coverings made of granite and carpentry made of maple wood. All the apartments include individual air conditioning and air conditioning by zones. Thanks to its ocean front location windows can be left open, if you desire so, in order to be refreshed by the breeze of the ocean.
As a part of its basic service there is a network of television and telephone lines with a commutador in the entire building. Everything in the Casa del Sol Condominiums is planned so that its maintenance can be carried out easily and at the lowest possible cost. The details are the keystone in this area, too. To mention an example: the swimming-pool in addition to having a gas heater for clouded days, also relies on a solar heater which helps to minimize the operational costs during the major part of the year. Functionality is an essential part of the simplification and for this each apartment has its independent electrical outlets and water meters.
The key point of this project is the distribution of its common areas which were designed in order to complement exactly the attitudes of entertainment and rest. The swimming-pool is one of the infinite types projecting those that are enjoying it towards a space of relaxation much needed at present. As a part of the common areas there is a broad terrace which offers spaces for open air cooking and/or enjoying lunch or dinner in front of the ocean. The lobby of the building is of double height and is located on the ground floor and houses the reception and the administrative office.
 On the eighth floor of the building there are two two-level penthouses, each one has four bedrooms and four and a half baths. On the seventh floor there are two penthouses with four bedrooms and four baths, while on the ground floor there is a condominium with three bedrooms. From the second to the sixth floor there are three condominiums located on each floor. The central units are the ones that offer two bedrooms with two baths. The lateral units are distributed in two different ways depending on the floor they are located on. Some have three bedrooms and three baths, while others have 2 bedrooms with three baths. These options and their distribution allow us to confirm that even within an atmosphere of exclusivity, variety exists. An ample panoramic elevator with a capacity for 12 people communicates all the floors. In the Casa del Sol Condominium each one of its owner will definitively live in and enjoy a place that is an extension of his individuality.
 Casa del Sol Condominium is a development carried out by Promotora y Constructora Puerto Vallarta S. A. de C. V., founded in 1976, with an ample experience in the industry and responsible for the development of other successful luxury real estate tourist residence projects in the Bay of Banderas.
The Casa del Sol Condominium started its sales operation in the spring of this year and from its exclusive inventory of 20 units there are only two penthouses left for sale with an average value of USD $1.2 million for each one. At present some condominiums have already been handed over and the project is in the last phase of its construction.
