Mortages in Mexico closes first GE money loan in Vallarta

Mortgages In Mexico has closed the first GE Money loan in Puerto Vallarta. This event marks  the beginning of a new era in mortgage loan financing in Puerto Vallarta and other areas in Mexico. Doug Jones, the President of MortgagesInMexico.com states “I am pleased to bring the first full-service mortgage brokerage company to Vallarta, and our affiliation with GE Money aligns us with the strongest source of money in Mexico.” Mortgages In Mexico has been operational in Puerto Vallarta since September 2004. As new money sources become available in Mexico, Mortgages In Mexico will be able to offer buyers multiple sources of loan money.

It is recommended (although not required) that a buyer become pre-qualified prior to submitting a contract on a property. When a buyer is pre-qualified, this increases the likelihood a seller will accept their contract offer.
