Peninsula - The first tower was inaugurated

Gustavo Gonzalez Villaseñor, Mayor of Puerto Vallarta, inaugurated the first tower of the exclusive development of condominiums Vallarta Peninsula. The civil servant was accompanied by Felipe Tome, manager of the project and Miguel Angel Lemmus marketing director of the development.
 The tower of condominiums is the first of a total of three that will be constructed, offering a total of 180 apartments, that will have first class services including, among other things, a gym, a beach club, a business lounge, an infinite pool, and private security, all in midst spectacular exclusive surroundings.
The ample condominiums with 230 and 300 square meters possess first class interior fittings and magnificent large windows, all of which offer impressive and captivating views of the bay.
 During the opening act, Felipe Tome thanked the municipal authorities for all their support of this construction project, which he defined as Puerto Vallarta’s most modern building. He assured that by spring 2007 the first building of the group will be completely finished and that there will be a time difference of one year between completion of each of the two remaining buildings. "We would like this date to be remembered as one of the most successful moments" Tome assured while inviting those present to feel at home and inviting them to remember and celebrate this event each year on Christmas.
Felipe Tome and Miguel Lemmus Angel received congratulations and acknowledgment for their success in having concluded this first stage of the project exactly within the time frame they had predicted they would do it. The public present applauded them for this accomplishment.
 The guests invited to the event got to know the interiors, being pleasantly impressed, mainly by the ample space of the condominiums. This first building offers the option of choosing a condominium with 3 bedrooms and a study or with two bedrooms and a study. They are located on different floors and all of them are equipped with the most modern kitchen and bathroom facilities as well as the outstanding feature of privileged views of the ocean and the mountains at all times.
After delighting in the joy of the inauguration, the guests enjoyed cocktails and snacks, as well as a firework display reflecting the joy of the moment. Welcome to Puerto Vallarta’s Peninsula and many congratulations for contributing so that the real estate industry could end the year 2006 with the opening of a new development, auguring an excellent new year 2007!
