 Demonstrating its commitment to the environment, Impulsa rolls out its EcoValue Program.
Impulsa and Las Moras understand that life isn’t limited to just a home. A family’s environment is an integral part of its physical and emotional health, and that is why we have developed activities for our clients that allow them to better care for themselves and the environment in which they live. This unique educational program is the first of its kind in a real estate development in Puerto Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas.
A pioneering program:
 With the intention of contributing to the regional ecological culture and the development of conservation programs for “green areas” inside private real estate developments, we are introducing the EcoValue Program, a program that goes beyond the usual watering and trimming of landscape. This program includes preventative, curative, and strengthening measures and most importantly: it facilitates the development of a solid and practical ecological culture for children and teens.
With this ecological culture, we are looking to make the inheritance of our children not just our physical property, but rather a healthy environment that can be enjoyed for generations to come. Our clients have taken our idea and made it theirs, as proven by their recent participation in our program’s first event.
An idea that works:
 The EcoValue Program consists of 3 axes: consciousness, responsibility and ecological culture. Through workshops and the future installation of an educational botanical park inside Las Moras , we are looking to create consciousness about the importance of our environment. With our new system of separation and recycling of trash, to which the neighbors of Las Moras are committing themselves whole-heartedly, we are assuming our social responsibility as Vallartenses and citizens.
For us, an ecological culture isn’t just a fashionable phase. It is maintaining congruent criteria and integral measures to support them. For this reason we are using completely biological and state-of-the-art fumigation, fertilization and nutritional systems designed and applied by experts. We released beneficial insects for pest control instead of aggressive chemicals. We applied pheromone traps and biological insecticides that do not smell and pose no danger to our children. We encourage and maintain a sense of ecological community with our clients, and in the future we will contribute with more workshops and activities about the conservation of water and electricity. Also, within the botanical park, we will develop activities that will allow our residents to get to know and appreciate the flora and fauna of our region.
