The
Vallarta Multi-List The Vallarta Multi-List
is the AMPI member list of condos, lots, houses and commercial properties for
sale in the area of The Bay of Banderas. This area runs from Mismaloya in the
south to San Pancho in the north. AMPI members are eligible to put their listed
properties into this database. The Vallarta Multi-List does not include all the
properties offered to sale in the bay. Large developers such as Bay View Grand,
Paradise Village, Mayan Palace, Real de Mar are not part of this list. Multi-List
information for the first half of 2002 (Jan.-June) in comparison to the first
six months of 2001.

most popular city in Jalisco for commercial/retails investment for this year.
Wal-Mart, Mega Comercial, the expansion of Gigante in Plaza Caracol and of Comercial
Mexicana in Plaza Marina, have given PV this third ranking after Zapopan and Guadalajara.
At least 800 new jobs have resulted in the city. 4994
small business applied for business permits* from Jan-April 2002. Of these new
businesses, 14 were new real estate companies. On a lighter
note, this receipt for Mango Mousse is from Gaby Almada who owns and operates
the excellent "La Mejor Opcion Restaurant" on Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez.
Mango Mousse This recipe for Mango Mousse
is simple and delicious. "Bon Appetit", or as we say in Puerto Vallarta,
"Buen Provecho!" 6 Large mangos to make 4 cops
pureé 1 cup orange juice, strained 1 cup water 2/3 cup sugar
4 envelopes (knox) gelatin 1 cup water - In a sauce
pan soften the gelatin in one cup cold water. Heat gently to dissolve mixture,
do not boil.- Peel mangos, remove seed.- Blend mango slices, orange juice, water,
and sugar together into a purée; place in medium size bowl.- In a small
bowl whip whipping cream and stir into mango mixture.- Fill 12 one-half cup molds
with mixture and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours. Strawberry topping: - Strawberry
purée - Sugar to taste - Lime to taste Remove from refrigerator just before
serving. Put small amount of strawberry purée on dessert plate; place the
mango mousse in center and garnish with whole berriesand sprig of mint. Harriet
