Restaurant Suzie Wong's - Excellent oriental food in Marina Vallarta |

 While strolling along the boardwalk of Marina Vallarta, a few meters before arriving at the restaurant, an oriental atmosphere is already perceivable which cannot go by unnoticed. Those of us who are lovers of Chinese food definitely find the opportunity in Suzie Wong's to pamper our palate, while we venture out to taste any of 18 hors d'oeuvres you can choose from.
We started by ordering a plate of Chinese style fried and seasoned parsley served on lettuce leaves. It is inevitable to grasp them with your hand in order to roll them up and to eat them like small tacos.
 As a main dish we tried the Suzie Wong's Shrimps sautéed with garlic and ginger, bathed with a hot sauce and served with broccoli which is ideal to counteract the hot flavor. Very tasty! The highlight of the night was the combination chosen by the waiter for us and which consisted in beef accompanied by a great variety of vegetables floating in a curry sauce. It was so delicious that we did not leave one bit on the plate!
The prices range from 45.00 Pesos for some entrees up to 165.00 Pesos per person for a main dish or 290.00 Pesos for 2 people for some of the specialties. There are almost sixty dishes of oriental food to try on the menu, amongst them vegetables, chicken, pork, beef, fish and seafood.
Time passed by without us noticing it, an indication that we truly enjoyed our stay in this place. As a matter of fact in this occasion, influenced by the atmosphere of tranquility, we had a lively conversation on diverse topics while enjoying dinner and the spectacular view of the marina decorated with luxury yachts and sailboats.
 For the comfort of their guests the restaurant offers an open terrace along the boardwalk, delimited by a small creek which is decorated with plants that liken to the jungle, and lies underneath a huge palapa (palm-thatched roof) adding a very romantic touch. The restaurant also has a comfortable section inside with air conditioning.
Conveniently located in the center of the exclusive area of Marina Vallarta with an excellent service, a huge variety, quality and good prices, the Suzie Wong restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 11:00 pm, offering lunch and dinner.
