El Arrayan Restaurant - One more season of successes.

 On Saturday July 22 with a very special event among friends, was the last night in which the doors of Restaurant El Arrayan were opened to public during the 2005-2006 season, that by the way was full of successes and recognitions.
That night was perfect to celebrate; the ambient was fresh and in the air joviality was floating. Since very early Carmen Porras owner of the restaurant was attentive of the arrival of each one of the invited, to personally welcome and give them the recognition for all the support granted during the season.
 Little by little all arrived while the excellent duet of “Los Frijoleros” enlivened with traditional Mexican music, to which already has us pleasingly used. When the bustle of the people invaded the restaurant, also the aromas of the dishes that were being prepared started to float generating great excitement. Very quick the great majority began to enjoy the delicious Mexican traditional dishes that distinguish El Arrayan, that by the way for second consecutive year, has been recognized as the “Best Mexican Restaurant”, “Best Tacos” and “Best Moderated Price”, in Puerto Vallarta.
The night went on and the greatest excitement was generated when the quartet of Mexican music called “Los Chirrines” arrived and with their interpretation animated all! The night continued until the moment came in which all the guests played the traditional lottery, being the winners rewarded with gifts on behalf of the hostess.
 Before the night ended Carmen Porras comment to us that besides some deserved vacations, was moment to carry out some adjustments and remodeling to the restaurant that will allow them to offer a more comfortable and efficient service, as well as for Chef Juan Manuel Cruz to prepare what will be the new variety of dishes where “chiles rellenos" will be the specialty!
The celebration finished and all as always went away with an excellent flavor of mouth, awaiting for next Friday September 1st that will be when the new season of this magnificent place initiates!.
