Quimixto Mexican Grill - Exquisite and fast food

With the experience that characterizes Alberto Perez, this young but experienced expert of the restaurant industry, a new concept was born in order to enjoy the cuisine of Vallarta: Quimixto Mexican Grill, a place to delight yourselfwith delicious fast food based on seafood tacos, meats and salads in a very comfortable and informal at mosphere, excellently located downtown.
Alberto Perez, owner of the place, was in charge of cutting the inauguration ribbon. He was accompanied by Jorge Garcia de Alba Diaz de Sandi, Coparmex Vallarta’s ex-president, Hector Perez, President of the local Canirac and Ludwig Estrada Virgen, Director of the State Tourism Department in Vallarta. Subsequently they had a great get-together, tasting the delights of this restaurant.
With a very pleasant ambience Quimixto Mexican Grill offers a variety of dishes. The top stars are burritos made with flour tortilla, tacos prepared with hand-made corn tortillas and salads, all the sauces according to your preference and various complements to choose from to accompany a nutritious and fast culinary delight. It is not necessary to limit yourself since the list of alternatives is extensive and includes options such as meat burritos, marinated chicken or arrachera chicken, accompanied by rice, sauces, cheeses, pinto or black beans, lettuce and tomato. If you choose tacos you can try them in the 3 aforementioned combinations. However if you prefer something light like a salad, you will be served your vegetables in a flour tortilla shell filled with lettuce, carrot and jicama with tomato, sour cream, cheese, guacamole and vinaigrette.
 Of course you can also order a burrito with fish, smoked marlin, shrimp, fish and shrimp or just fish.
You don’t have to worry about prices. They are more than accessible and vary between 55 and 75 Mexican pesos. In addition the restaurant offers home delivery service by calling 222-8608.
Tere Cordova, the person in charge of Public Relations, explained that this place which has a capacity for 40 people was born out of the necessity to have a restaurant open from 11 o’clock in the morning offering tasty and nutritious fast food.
Quimixto Mexican Grill is open from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm every day of the week and it is not necessary to make a reservation.
