Alberto Perez, the well known restaurant owner and musician, owner of La Palapa, Vista Grill and Quimixto Mexican Grill, inaugurated a few days ago his fourth restaurant in Puerto Vallarta named Tikul under the concept Pacific Cuisine .
With the distinctive seal and quality that Alberto´s projects have, this new restaurant combines gourmet cuisine with a large wine list (750 bottles and 150 different labels), with an excellent service. A perfect balance between first class dinner and the warmth of the architecture of the place, besides of course its excellent location in the heart of the Marina.
The restaurant is located on one side of the Marina´s Lighthouse, where Zsuba restaurant used to be. This place will be undoubtedly one of the favorite restaurants for locals and tourists visiting Puerto Vallarta who are looking for a place where an excellent dinner perfectly combines with the service and the warm and friendly casual atmosphere that Tikul offers.
Besides being the owner, Alberto Pérez is a very talented musician that will not miss the chance to share his talent, as he assured us when he gave his welcoming speech, that he will be performing in Tikul once or twice a week, as he does at La Palapa.
After he gave his welcoming speech, Alberto presented the menú for this first season and we noticed a combination of dishes served at La Palapa and Vista Grill, which have proven to be very well liked.
