8 Years of Enjoying a Dolce Vita Across From the Malecon | | by

If we judge it by its appearance,
La Dolce Vita looks like a simple and elegant Italian
restaurant with a family atmosphere imprinted by its
owners of Italian origin: Stefano Santini, Fabrizia
Costanzo, Paolo Maurian, Giusseppe Sartor and Eduardo
Ramírez. If we judge it from a gastronomical
point of view, it follows the authentic pizza tradition,
which is the basis of the menu along with the pastas.
Eight years ago, La Dolce Vita opened
its doors with a family restaurant concept, neither
elegant nor ordinary, where we could have a pizza and
a beer or a glass of wine. Since then, it has won the
preference of visitors to Vallarta who have become regulars.
Little by little, the restaurant grew, as did the menu
that is much more complete today.
There are appetizers and main courses,
salads, meat, desserts, etc. To celebrate each anniversary,
the owners close the restaurant to the general public
and invite their best clients to enjoy some special
pizzas and cold pastas that do not appear on the regular
menu, in appreciation for their continued support throughout
the year.
Some of the invited guests came dressed
to the nines, others were casual, breaking into smiles
upon seeing their friends there. Prior to this, Stefano
and Giusseppe had organized their employees and relatives
for some souvenir photos for the media and to make two
or three posters from the best of them. However, this
was not to be as the film was defective. We are all
sorry about that.
Fabrizia Constanzo, who took a brief
recess from her hectic program in honor of the celebration,
said, "These 8 years have been different, intense,
very fruitful. We have all lived some beautiful moments.
Nearly all of us have grown up here because we came
here very young, without experience in the restaurant
business. We have become a lovely family." analuz@pvmirror.com |
