Four generations of authentic French cuisine

February 16, 2003

Gourmets and gourmands of Puerto Vallarta all know La Petite France.
This French restaurant has become a favorite of theirs over the years for a number of good reasons, one of which is due to the family's history.

Nacho Cadena is a third generation chef, following in the footsteps of his French mother and grand-father, he has selected the very best recipes of authentic dishes, handed down to him through the generations, from that country known world-wide for its cuisine. (Nacho's sons run their own successful restaurants in Monterrey and Guadalajara, and one of them sometimes takes time off to join his father in the kitchen of La Petite France).

Now and for the last few years, a constantly changing selection of these traditional "cuisine bourgeoise" recipes have been presented to the lucky residents and visitors to Vallarta.

When you combine that with excellent service, live music and an unparalleled ambiance, you know you're in for one unforgettable experience.

La Petite France is located right next to the entrance of the Fiesta Americana hotel in the Hotel Zone. Reservations are recommended. Tel. 293-0900 or 293-0901.
